Must Haves
Currently live in Tokyo
Experience living outside Japan (at least one year)
Interest in real estate Bachelor’s Degree or above
Native-level English language ability in oral and written forms
Business-level Japanese language ability in oral and written forms
Ability to establish and maintain relationships with clients
Great organizational skills
Proficiency with Office Suite
Nice to Haves
Real Estate experience (especially if you are licensed)
Experience working in a startup environment
Other language abilities (Chinese, French, Russian, etc.)
A good network in Tokyo
Sales experience
Marketing experience
Educated in related field
Photography experience
Adobe Suite experience
